By accessing and using Nellie ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Nellie is a creator monetization platform for food influencers that enables:

• Content creators to publish and monetize recipes, videos, and posts
• Users to discover, purchase, and subscribe to creator content
• A marketplace for culinary content and experiences

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person may only create one account

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and publish
• You grant Nellie a license to display, distribute, and promote your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate third-party rights
• Content must comply with our community guidelines

Prohibited Content

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Content not related to food, cooking, or culinary topics

Creator Responsibilities

• Provide original, high-quality culinary content
• Fulfill obligations to subscribers and purchasers
• Comply with applicable tax and legal requirements
• Maintain professional standards in interactions

Revenue Sharing

• Platform fees will be deducted from creator earnings
• Current fee structure is available in the creator dashboard
• Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule
• Tax reporting requirements apply to creator earnings

Purchases and Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Pay-per-view purchases are one-time payments
• Prices may change with advance notice

Refunds

• Refunds may be available at our discretion for technical issues
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
• Contact support for refund requests

The Nellie platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Nellie and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform elements without permission.

Nellie provides the service "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately
• Surviving provisions include those related to liability, indemnity, and disputes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
